CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, please note that cancellations can cause significant disruption to our business and we ask that you please read our cancellation policy carefully.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please provide us with as much notice as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the trip: 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.

- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the trip: 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

If you need to reschedule your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. The following rescheduling fees will apply:

- Rescheduling more than 30 days before the start of the trip: No fee will be charged.

- Rescheduling less than 30 days before the start of the trip: A fee of $500 will be charged.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or mechanical issues, we will reschedule your trip at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the trip due to early departure or any other reason.
